There are 4 different types of license maintenance options available as per below:
Hosting Maintenance
This is the cheapest license maintenance option whereby you pay only to get your license hosted using our hosting facilities. This includes managed backups of the server & entire operational data for disaster recovery purpose, managed security patches application to the server and MLM solution. This option is applicable to all leased editions as well as for perpetual editions whereby our hosting services are used.
All internet facing solutions require regular maintenance in order to keep your precious data confidential and secured. If you continue using solution on regular basis then we highly recommend using Persistent Maintenance option or higher.
Renewal Period: This option renewal period is yearly. You need to pay for full year long hosting charges in the beginning itself. Cancellations are allowed anytime and pro-rated refund will be provided for unutilised period.
Persistent Maintenance
Persistent Maintenance option includes following:
- Hosting facilities as per Hosting Maintenance
- Regular 3rd party vendor component upgrades to the MLM solution
- Unlimited software bug fixes identified and reported during the maintenance period
- Regular server logs review by our trained professional and pro-active necessary action to correct any anomalies identified
- Up to 2 additional support calls per month included
- Discounted development rates for all paid enhancements required to the solution
Renewal Period: This option can be renewed on any billing cycle from monthly to annual. This option for 3 months is bundled with our all Professional or higher licenses under both editions. For Aspire Leased License Persistent Maintenance is included for 6 months. Cancellations are allowed anytime and pro-rated refund will be provided for unutilised period.
Active Growth Maintenance
Active Growth Maintenance option includes following:
- All features as available under Persistent Maintenance option.
- Free upgrades to all new features added to our Ontogeny license purchased. Our product is constantly growing with new features/ modules being added or existing features/ modules being improved. These changes are available to all future new license sales as well as to past licenses which are under “Active Growth” or “Intellify Growth” maintenance options.
Renewal Period: This option can be renewed on any billing cycle from monthly to annual. Cancellations are allowed anytime and pro-rated refund will be provided for unutilised period.
Intellify Growth Maintenance
Intellify Growth Maintenance option includes following:
- All features as available under Active Growth Maintenance option.
- Our experts periodically review your regular online transactions, analyse it for different user groups and recommend various improvements to the solution to make users more and more productive, present details in such a way that it answers all questions that might come in the minds of the user in that context, any performance lags identified are improved etc. These are all tiny persistent improvements that collectively have huge impact on overall quality of the end-user experience. Over period of time you will experience that your solution streamlines entire operational workflow and makes each and every user group highly productive. This also includes charges for doing minor improvements as these are identified.
Renewal Period: This option can be renewed on on any billing cycle from monthly to annual. Cancellations are allowed anytime and pro-rated refund will be provided for unutilised period.
Our all licenses from Professional and above for both editions already include 3 months long Persistent Maintenance option with Hosting 1 plan. For Aspire Leased License Persistent Maintenance option is included for 1 month. You need to pay for the difference in prices in case you wish to use maintenance options higher than Persistent Maintenance option. After such initial duration you may choose any License Maintenance option and choose any renewal period as supported by the preferred License Maintenance option.
License Maintenance option can be changed to higher or lower options anytime as needed.
Upgrade: You will be billed for higher maintenance option charges computed on pro-rated basis and difference amount will be invoiced.
Downgrade: There is no refund provided in case you wish to stop using our maintenance option or downgrade to hosting only maintenance option within first year itself. After first year any downgrade of maintenance option will entitle you for balance credit computed on pro-rated basis.
Cancellation: License Maintenance options can be cancelled anytime. There are no refunds for cancellation during free bundled Persistent Maintenance option. For all paid upgrades or for paid extensions of License Maintenance options pro-rated refund will be provided for unutilised period.
